Audi India has announced a major milestone in its electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure development with the expansion of its ‘Charge My Audi’ initiative. As part of Phase II, Audi now offers more than 6,500 charging points across the country, further enhancing the convenience and accessibility of electric vehicle ownership in India. To accelerate luxury EV adoption, Audi has onboarded 16 new partners, adding more strategic locations to its network.
Over 75% of these charging points are equipped with DC fast-charging technology, which is designed to reduce charging times and meet the increasing demand for electric vehicles. This Phase II expansion has added 5,500+ new charging points, positioned in key areas such as highways, urban hubs, and commercial destinations. The goal is to ensure that Audi e-tron owners have seamless access to fast-charging solutions, whether on long trips or daily commutes.
Audi has integrated advanced features like real-time charger availability and route planning into its ‘myAudi Connect’ app, allowing users to start and stop their charging sessions with ease. This new infrastructure now provides coverage in 28 states and union territories, spanning over 850 cities and 4,700 locations.
As part of the initiative, Audi has also extended complimentary charging for all e-tron customers until December 31, 2025. This benefit allows e-tron owners to enjoy free access to the expanded network of chargers, available through the company’s ChargePoint Operators (CPOs) via the ‘myAudi Connect’ application.

Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India, commented, “As electric vehicle adoption accelerates in India, establishing a robust charging network is crucial, and with over 6,500 charging points and a focus on DC fast chargers, we are enhancing convenience, reducing charging times, and expanding accessibility for our customers. The second phase of our ‘Charge My Audi’ initiative marks a major step forward in enhancing the EV ownership experience. Our partners remain integral to this journey, and we look forward to driving the shift toward electric mobility together.”
Audi’s ‘Charge My Audi’ initiative is supported by several ChargePoint Operators, including Shell India, Adani Total Energies E-Mobility Ltd. (ATEL), Charge Zone, Statiq, Gentari India, and more. The program builds on the success of Phase I, which introduced route-mapping tools and destination charging hubs, making long-distance travel easier for Audi owners.
The ‘Charge My Audi’ platform, powered by Numocity Technology’s eMSP platform, offers live updates and integrates with public charging stations for a seamless charging experience. With over 6,500 charging points across India, Audi India is reaffirming its commitment to providing accessible and reliable charging infrastructure as part of its broader strategy for sustainable mobility.
The announcement also follows Audi’s successful 2024, which saw the brand reach a milestone of 100,000 cars on Indian roads and the success of its ‘100 Days of Celebration’ campaign.
