Audi SQ8 arrives in India blending V8 power with everyday luxury 

Audi has introduced the new Audi SQ8 in India, reinforcing its focus on performance-led luxury. Positioned distinctively within the Q8 line-up, the SQ8 blends commanding presence, exhilarating performance, and everyday practicality into a highly versatile luxury SUV.

Priced at an introductory INR 1,77,72,000 (ex-showroom), the Audi SQ8 is offered with a 10-year complimentary Roadside Assistance package, alongside comprehensive maintenance and service plans.

The Audi SQ8 is powered by a 4.0-litre V8 TFSI engine producing 373 kW and 770 Nm of torque, enabling a 0–100 km/h sprint in 4.1 seconds and a top speed of 250 km/h.

The quattro permanent all-wheel drive with a self-locking centre differential ensures optimal traction, while adaptive air suspension sport with continuous damping and all-wheel steering enhance ride comfort and agility. An S-specific sport exhaust system adds a distinctive acoustic note, with an optional advanced suspension package offering active roll stabilisation and quattro with sports differential.

The SQ8 features HD Matrix LED headlights with Audi Laser Light and four distinct light signatures. Optional 22-inch alloy wheels are available in multiple designs, alongside ceramic brakes with Anthracite Grey calipers.

S-specific design elements include bespoke bumpers, illuminated door sill trims, and red brake calipers. The Singleframe grille in aluminium look with a 2D Audi logo, frameless doors, and a panoramic sunroof contribute to its sporty, coupé-inspired stance. Optional Carbon Style and Black Styling packages allow further personalisation.

The cabin combines sportiness with refinement, featuring sport seats with S embossing and Dinamica microfiber/leather upholstery as standard. Optional sport seats plus in Valcona leather add heating, ventilation, and massage functions.

Audi Virtual Cockpit plus and MMI Navigation plus with touch response headline the digital interface, complemented by a Bang & Olufsen 3D Premium Sound System with 17 speakers and 730 watts output. A flat-bottom sport steering wheel and ambient lighting package with 30 colour options enhance the interior ambience.

A 4-zone deluxe automatic air conditioning system, with optional ioniser and fragrance function, ensures cabin comfort. Park assist plus with 360-degree cameras aids manoeuvrability.

Additional features include soft-close doors, an electrically operated luggage compartment lid, and Audi Phone Box light with wireless charging. Optional adaptive windscreen wipers with integrated washer jets add further convenience.

The Audi SQ8 is equipped with eight airbags, cruise control with speed limiter, and Audi Pre Sense Basic. Optional features include night vision assist, a head-up display, and lane departure warning.

Exterior colour options include Mythos Black, Daytona Grey, Glacier White, Ascari Blue, Chilli Red, Sakhir Gold, Satellite Silver, and Waitomo Blue. Interior inlays are available in Matt Brushed Aluminium, Oak Grey, and Brushed Aluminium, with Audi Exclusive options for added customisation.
