Hyundai Motor India Ltd. India’s first smart mobility solutions provider and largest exporter since its inception, today launches #TheDriveWithin campaign showcasing the inspiring real life stories of Indian Women Cricketers with the aim to celebrate the strength, courage and determination of women who contributed to the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements.

#TheDriveWithin campaign is an initiative introduced to encourage the women from the real life stories of Indian Women Cricket team’s rising, renowned and much celebrated players Ms. Smriti Mandhana, Ms. Shafali Verma, Ms. Yastika Bhatia, Ms. Renuka Singh & Ms. Jemimah Rodrigues setting strong examples of standing up for yourself, never backing down, focused and unfazed determination summarizing ‘What It Takes To Be A Women’

Hyundai Motor India’s campaign #TheDriveWithin showcases the belief that diversity and inclusion are essential for success by conducting ‘In-House Women Empowerment Workshop’ to celebrate the female employees & customer with various activities such as - Know your Hyundai (Mechanical knowledge & Tips) session, My Hyundai App offer gifts and goodies, free washing coupon, free pick & drop for female customers and special benefits on car service. 

Additionally, to break down barriers and create a more equitable workplace for all employees Hyundai conducted a Motivational session on seizing success & women leadership at all Hyundai India Dealerships. With these initiatives Hyundai also celebrated the true expression of Women Power by giving gratification to female employees of the month with certificate & gifts. Hyundai as a brand is proud to celebrate International Women's Day and will continue to prioritize gender equality and women's empowerment in all that we do.
