Zelio E-Mobility, one of India’s fastest-growing electric two- and three-wheeler manufacturers, has unveiled the 2026 iteration of its popular low-speed scooter, the X-Men+. The company, which has been doubling its growth year on year, positions the updated model as a practical and stylish solution tailored to the evolving needs of urban commuters.
Conceived for a wide spectrum of city users—from school students and college-goers to office workers and everyday urban travellers—the 2026 X-Men+ blends contemporary design with everyday usability. The refreshed model brings modern styling, enhanced comfort and practical performance, reinforcing its role as a dependable companion for daily city riding.
For 2026, the X-Men+ receives a facelift that introduces a more contemporary aesthetic. Complementing the updated design are new colour options: Dark Knight Black, White, Midnight Blue and Nardo Gray.
Priced from ₹60,000, the scooter continues to focus on affordability while offering a stylish electric mobility option for city commuters. To celebrate the launch of the redesigned model, Zelio E-Mobility is also offering a complimentary safety helmet to the first 5,000 customers.
The 2026 X-Men+ delivers a claimed range of 120 kilometres on a single charge and achieves a top speed of 25 km/h, positioning it squarely as a practical solution for urban mobility.
Notably, the scooter now features a larger 12-inch rear wheel—upgraded from the earlier 10-inch unit—aimed at improving stability during city rides. Hydraulic shock absorbers at both the front and rear further enhance ride comfort, while 90-100-10 tyres at both ends contribute to smoother handling over typical urban road conditions.
The scooter is capable of carrying a gross weight of 80 kilograms and offers a loading capacity of 180 kilograms. Braking duties are handled by a front disc brake and a rear drum brake, ensuring dependable stopping power. Alloy front rims and hub motor rear rims add to the scooter’s durability and help maintain consistent handling in everyday use.

At the heart of the X-Men+ sits a 60/72V BLDC motor that consumes just 1.5 units of electricity, delivering efficient performance suited to daily commuting.
The scooter supports both lithium and lead battery options, providing flexibility for riders. Charging times stand at approximately four to five hours for lithium batteries and eight to ten hours for lead batteries, ensuring convenient recharging cycles for routine urban travel.
“Urban commuting demands reliability comfort and ease of use and the X-Men+ 2026 variant has been engineered to meet exactly those needs” said Kunal Arya Managing Director of Zelio E-Mobility. “With modern styling a larger rear wheel improved suspension and a host of rider-friendly features the X-Men+ 2026 variant provides a dependable and practical solution for city riders navigating daily traffic. This launch reinforces our commitment to practical purpose-built electric mobility for India”.
In keeping with its city-centric focus, the X-Men+ comes equipped with a host of rider-friendly features. These include reverse gear, a digital display, parking switch, anti-theft alarm, USB charging, central locking and an auto repair switch.
Built with durability in mind, the scooter is backed by a two-year vehicle warranty along with a one-year battery warranty, offering added peace of mind for everyday users.
Since its inception in 2021, Zelio E-Mobility has expanded rapidly within India’s evolving electric mobility ecosystem. The company now operates with an annual manufacturing capacity of 72,000 units and has built a customer base exceeding 200,000 riders.
Its dealership footprint has also grown significantly, with 350 outlets spread across 20 states and union territories. As it continues to strengthen its presence across both established and emerging mobility markets, Zelio remains focused on delivering next-generation solutions designed to make electric mobility more practical, accessible and future-ready for India.
