Audi India introduces 10-year Roadside Assistance
The 10-year Roadside Assistance is meant to offer peace of mind for the customer and is also an "industry best offering."

MUMBAI
Audi, the German luxury car manufacturer, today announced a comprehensive, 10-year Roadside Assistance program for customers. This will be applicable to cars sold starting October 01, 2023. The initiative is in line with Audi India’s Human-Centricity strategy that focuses on the customer-first approach. Mr. Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India said, "We are thrilled to introduce the Roadside Assistance Program for 10 years as a testament to Audi India's steadfast assurance to our valued customers. With a complimentary RSA for a 10-year period, we are setting new industry standards, further enhancing our high-quality services and timely assistance. We continuously strive towards enhancing customer experience. Roadside Assistance is one such very important tool to reiterate our motto of ‘Customer First’. Roadside Assistance covers: 24 x 7 x 365 coverage 100% coverage in India On-site repairs, delivery of fuel and spare keys Travel or accommodation facilities Custody, transportation, storage and safekeeping of vehicle Provision of specially-designed towing platforms
