The company has announced a one-month extension on Roadside Assistance (RSA), Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), warranty, and extended warranties expiring between 1st December and 31st December 2023. This extension is intended to offer peace of mind to affected customers during this challenging period. Also, to ensure round-the-clock assistance, MG Motor India has established a dedicated 24*7 helpline available at 1800 100 6464, to facilitate seamless communication and support. Acknowledging the urgency of the situation, MG has deployed a Quick Response Team in Chennai. This team is equipped to handle a spectrum of customer needs promptly, providing on-the-ground assistance during this critical period.
