Supreme Group strengthens Thailand presence with full ownership and rebranding of Supreme Feltol

Supreme Group, a global leader in advanced materials and engineered product solutions, has announced the successful acquisition of the remaining shares of Supreme Feltol (Thailand) Company Limited, taking full ownership of the subsidiary. Previously the majority shareholder, Supreme Group has now completed the transition to full control, underscoring its long-term commitment to Thailand as a strategic base for innovation and manufacturing.

Following the acquisition, the company has been officially renamed Supreme Fostreon (Thailand) Company Limited, marking a significant milestone in the Group’s vision for expansion in Southeast Asia.

Established in 2019, the Thailand-based company has quickly gained recognition as a trusted manufacturer of Interior Trims and NVH components for major automotive OEMs. Operating from a state-of-the-art facility in Rayong, Supreme Fostreon is known for its quality, agility, and customer-centric approach.

As part of this strategic move, Supreme Fostreon will now be more deeply integrated into Supreme Group’s global ecosystem of material science, design, and engineering. The focus will be on lightweighting, sustainability, and customer co-development, enhancing the company’s contribution to the next generation of mobility solutions.

• Top Supplier Award by AAT for outstanding product quality and delivery performance
• Silver Award at the TPA Thailand 5S Awards in 2024, competing among 18 national finalists
• Gold Level Award from Thailand’s Ministry of Labour for excellence in occupational safety and health

Looking ahead, Supreme Fostreon is poised for a new era of growth and innovation, with significant investments in R&D, advanced materials, and product development.
