Ultraviolette Automotive recently partnered with the Madras Regiment Centre (MRC) of the Indian Army to support a special five-day motorcycle rally across Tamil Nadu, providing a fleet of high-performance F77 electric motorcycles for the journey. The rally was a tribute to the Veterans and Veer Naris of the Madras Regiment and the broader Armed Forces community in southern India.
The F77, designed, engineered, and manufactured in India, played a central role in the rally. This all-electric performance motorcycle, touted as the “Fastest Indian Motorcycle,” reflects India’s innovation in mobility and served as a powerful companion throughout the event.
This heartfelt initiative was carried out under the Dakshin Bharat Area and covered six districts — Tirupur, Karur, Dindigul, Madurai, Theni, and Coimbatore. Over the 6000-kilometre rally, Army personnel connected with nearly 3,000 Veterans and Veer Naris, offering assistance, spreading awareness about entitlements, and addressing key concerns of the armed forces community.
Narayan Subramaniam, CEO & Co-founder of Ultraviolette, stated, “Collaborating again with the Indian Army for this remarkable outreach initiative is an honour that resonates deeply with Ultraviolette’s ethos. Our vision to create world-class technology is inspired by the spirit of the India – undaunted, resilient, and driven by purpose. The F77 embodies the very principles that define our Armed Forces – precision, performance, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. To witness Ultraviolette playing a key role in this rally, honouring veterans, and their families, is not just a privilege but a defining moment in our journey.”
The F77 delivers top-tier electric performance, accelerating from 0 to 60 km/h in just 2.8 seconds. With a 10.3 kWh battery pack, it generates 30 kW (40.2 hp) and delivers 100 Nm of peak torque, a top speed of 155 km/h, and an IDC range of 323 km.
