NEW DELHI
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., India’s foremost SUV manufacturer, has today unveiled the updated Bolero and Bolero Neo models, strengthening the legacy of a nameplate that has become synonymous with rugged reliability and versatility in Indian motoring. The latest iterations of the Bolero range now offer refined aesthetics, improved comfort, and a suite of modern features, while retaining the quintessential toughness the name is known for.
The new Mahindra Bolero range now starts at INR 7.99 lakh (ex-showroom), with the newly introduced top-spec B8 variant priced at INR 9.69 lakh (ex-showroom). In parallel, the refreshed Bolero Neo line-up begins at INR 8.49 lakh (ex-showroom), and sees the introduction of a new top-end N11 variant, priced at INR 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom).
With over 25 years of heritage and more than 1.6 million units sold, the Bolero remains a stalwart of India’s automotive landscape. Capable of traversing both bustling urban streets and remote rural trails with ease, it continues to offer exceptional value, durability, and utility to a diverse customer base.
Speaking on the launch, Nalinikanth Gollagunta, Chief Executive Officer – Automotive Division, Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., stated “The Bolero has stood the test of time, earning its place as one of India’s most versatile and tough SUVs for over 25 years. Building on this enduring legacy, the new Bolero range has been thoughtfully designed to meet the aspirations of a dynamic and rapidly evolving New India. With a perfect blend of toughness, contemporary styling, enhanced comfort, and modern features, the new Bolero and Bolero Neo deliver a powerful SUV experience that shines equally in urban environments and challenging terrains.”
New Mahindra Bolero: Rugged Legacy with a Contemporary Edge

The updated Bolero remains faithful to its rugged roots while incorporating a modern design language. A bold new front grille, fog lamps, and striking diamond-cut alloy wheels lend a more assertive visual presence. This design evolution makes it well-suited for buyers who demand a reliable, durable SUV without compromising on style or comfort.
Inside, the cabin is equipped with a 17.8 cm touchscreen infotainment system, steering-mounted controls, and premium leatherette upholstery. Enhanced seating comfort, improved ride quality courtesy of the RideFlo suspension technology, and upgraded suspension architecture all contribute to a refined driving experience.
Mechanically, the Bolero continues with the proven mHAWK75 engine, delivering 55.9 kW of power and 210 Nm of torque, supported by a robust body-on-frame chassis. A new Stealth Black exterior shade joins the palette, alongside familiar options such as Diamond White, DSAT Silver, and Rocky Beige.
The Bolero maintains its reputation as a preferred vehicle for rural entrepreneurs, families, and young achievers alike, reflecting a blend of aspiration and authenticity.
New Mahindra Bolero Neo: Where Urban Sophistication Meets Iconic Toughness

Designed for the evolving preferences of urban and semi-urban customers, the refreshed Bolero Neo merges tough SUV credentials with refined styling and advanced features. A redesigned grille featuring prominent horizontal accents, along with dark metallic grey R16 alloy wheels, lend it a confident stance.
The cabin has been elevated with two newly introduced interior themes — Lunar Grey and Mocha Brown — reflecting a more premium and sophisticated aesthetic. Enhanced comfort comes in the form of leatherette seats with improved ergonomics, a 22.8 cm infotainment system, rear-view camera, and USB C-type charging.
Ride dynamics are refined with Mahindra’s RideFlo system, MTV-CL shock absorbers, and Frequency Dependent Damping (FDD), offering smoother handling and enhanced road feedback. The Bolero Neo is powered by the mHAWK100 engine, producing 73.5 kW of power and 260 Nm of torque, and is equipped with cruise control and Multi-Terrain Technology (MTT) with a mechanical locking differential for improved traction on uneven terrain.
New exterior shades including Jeans Blue and Concrete Grey, along with three dual-tone combinations, expand the personalisation options for customers. Existing colours like Diamond White, Stealth Black, Pearl White, and Rocky Beige remain available.
