TVS Motor Company (TVSM), a renowned global manufacturer of two- and three-wheelers, has unveiled the most advanced iteration of its popular TVS Raider motorcycle to date. With this latest variant, TVS aims to redefine the urban motorcycling experience, introducing a suite of segment-first features that raise the bar in performance, safety, and rider-focused innovation.

Designed with spirited performance and purposeful design, the new TVS Raider embodies a youthful, dynamic persona. Leading the charge is the introduction of a revolutionary “Boost Mode,” a segment-first feature powered by iGO Assist technology, which delivers class-leading torque of 11.75Nm at 6,000 rpm. This ensures rapid throttle response and a thrilling burst of acceleration, ideal for city sprints and agile overtaking.

Further elevating its credentials, the new Raider now boasts dual disc brakes with ABS, another first in its class. This combination not only improves braking precision but also instils greater rider confidence and safety, particularly under varied riding conditions.

Adding to its sophisticated handling is TVS’s proprietary Glide Through Technology (GTT), designed to enable seamless low-speed navigation—particularly valuable in congested urban environments—while simultaneously enhancing fuel efficiency. This effortless manoeuvrability further enhances the bike’s commuter-friendly nature without compromising its performance DNA.

The Raider’s upgraded tyre configuration, now featuring 90/90-17 at the front and 110/80-17 at the rear, offers enhanced grip and cornering prowess. Whether carving through city streets or tackling uneven terrain, the updated setup ensures improved road-holding and handling dynamics, reaffirming the Raider’s reputation as a versatile performer.

Visually, the new Raider arrives with a bold aesthetic update. A metallic silver finish paired with striking red alloy wheels lends the motorcycle a distinctly sporty yet refined appeal—perfectly complementing its “wicked by design” ethos.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr Aniruddha Haldar, Senior Vice President – Head Commuter & EV Business and Head Corporate Brand & Media, TVS Motor Company, remarked, “The TVS Raider redefines what young riders can seek from their motorcycle. In 4 years it won the love of a million plus Gen Z riders. Today, the New TVS RAIDER is equipped with the exhilarating ‘Boost mode’ powered by iGO Assist tech, and another segment first – Dual Disc with ABS. With yet another segment-first Glide Through Technology (GTT) now can navigate through even slow traffic with ease. The stylish loaded new TVS Raider raises the ‘wicked’ bar yet again, bringing together thrilling performance, top-notch safety, and unmatched ease. We remain committed to creating motorcycles that our customers are delighted to ride and proud to own.”

Powering the new Raider is a refined 125cc, 3-valve engine, delivering its peak torque of 11.75Nm at a low 6,000rpm. This ensures brisk acceleration without compromising on refinement or fuel efficiency. Meanwhile, iGO Assist with Boost Mode provides an instant surge of power, delivering a dynamic riding experience on demand.

Among the host of intelligent features is the segment-first ‘Follow Me Headlamp’, which remains illuminated briefly after the ignition is turned off. This clever safety touch proves particularly useful in low-light environments, aiding riders in navigating dark parking spaces safely.

In terms of rider interface, the TVS Raider offers two connected display options: a vibrant TFT console with over 99 features or a sleek reverse LCD unit boasting 85+ features. Both systems seamlessly blend technology, connectivity, and visual appeal—elevating the rider experience to a truly premium standard.

The new TVS Raider is priced at INR 95,600 (ex-showroom Delhi) for the TFT DD variant and INR 93,800 (ex-showroom Delhi) for the SXC DD variant. Both versions will be available at authorised TVS Motor Company dealershipsnationwide from this month onwards.
