Renault India enhances Kiger line-up with new variants, features, and turbo choices

Renault India, a wholly owned subsidiary of Renault Group, has announced an expanded variant line-up for the Renault Kiger, making turbocharged performance and premium features more accessible to customers in the highly competitive entry B-SUV segment.

At the heart of the update is Renault’s continued focus on accessibility. To further this objective, the company has introduced the new Evolution+ variant across both Naturally Aspirated (MT & AMT) and Turbo (MT) powertrains. The new variant brings a host of sought-after features to more attainable price points, including Smart Access Card with Push Start/Stop, Automatic Climate Control and Wireless Smartphone Replication.

With these additions, the Renault Kiger Turbo now becomes the most accessible turbo-powered vehicle in the entry B-SUV segment. Simultaneously, the expanded portfolio delivers a more seamless progression across variants, offering enhanced value and broader customer reach.

The refreshed Kiger portfolio also introduces a more streamlined variant strategy, aimed at improving flexibility and value throughout the range. Available with both Naturally Aspirated and Turbo engine options, the Evolution+ variant combines several high-demand features, including:

Together, these enhancements elevate comfort and convenience while extending access to premium features across a wider customer base.

Responding to growing demand for performance-oriented SUVs, Renault India has also expanded the Kiger Turbo line-up from three to five variants, making turbocharged performance accessible to an even larger audience.

Notably, the Techno variant equipped with the Turbo engine is now available with a 5-speed manual transmission, creating a more attainable proposition for buyers seeking a feature-rich and performance-focused SUV.

The Naturally Aspirated range has likewise been expanded from six to eight variants, offering a broader spread across price points and enabling customers to choose the combination of performance, features and value that best suits their requirements.

The New Renault Kiger continues to distinguish itself with its bold SUV styling, spacious cabin and practical feature set designed around evolving customer expectations. With improved accessibility, greater feature availability and a wider choice of powertrains, the model strengthens its appeal as a versatile urban SUV.
