MINI India has introduced its official vehicle customisation programme, ‘Mod My MINI’, giving owners a more expansive canvas on which to express their individual style. Designed around the brand’s enduring belief that no two MINIs should ever look the same, the initiative brings together a curated selection of bespoke upgrades, original accessories, signature paint finishes and distinctive decals for the MINI Cooper and MINI Countryman families.
The programme allows customers to personalise both brand-new and existing vehicles, with the scope of customisation extending across almost every visible element. Owners can tailor details including the roof, mirror caps, spoilers and brake calipers, creating a MINI that reflects their individual tastes and personality.
At the heart of the programme is an extensive palette of personalisation choices. Customers can select from more than 100 classic MINI paint shades, alongside multiple exclusive thematic decals and original MINI accessories. Taken together, these options create a total of 2.5 million unique combinations, giving owners considerable freedom to create a vehicle that stands apart.
Mr. Hardeep Singh Brar, President and CEO, BMW Group India said, “MINI has never been just a mode of transport; it is a declaration of personal style. We firmly believe that no two MINIs on the road should look the same, which is why the ‘Mod My MINI’ programme puts the design canvas directly into the hands of our owners. True luxury is defined by the freedom to choose, and by offering this unprecedented tier of factory-backed customization, we ensure that every driver can define their vehicle’s identity entirely on their own terms. Ultimately, small changes drive a big personality, making your driving experience as completely unmatched as your fingerprint.”
Beyond the breadth of choice, MINI India says the programme has been conceived to preserve the premium finish associated with its vehicles. All official decals installed through ‘Mod My MINI’ are backed by a 24-month warranty from the date of installation, providing additional reassurance to customers opting for the programme.
Customers can approach their nearest MINI Authorized Dealer to explore the complete library of available options, check part availability and begin creating their personalised vehicle.
MINI currently has 17 sales touchpoints across 16 cities. Its retail network comprises Bird Automotive & Deutsche Motoren in Delhi NCR, Infinity Cars in Mumbai, Krishna Automobiles in Chandigarh, KUN Exclusive in Chennai, Hyderabad and Bengaluru, Bavaria Motors in Pune, EVM Autokraft in Kochi, Gallops Autohaus in Ahmedabad, OSL Prestige in Kolkata, Speed Motorwagen in Lucknow, Titanium Autos in Guwahati and Ranchi, Eminent Cars in Surat, and Sanghi Classic in Jaipur and Jodhpur.
For aftersales support, MINI service is integrated with the larger BMW Group India aftersales network and is available at 51 touchpoints across 36 cities.
With ‘Mod My MINI’, the marque is effectively extending its long-established philosophy of individuality into a more comprehensive factory-backed personalisation offering. For owners of the MINI Cooper and Countryman, the programme adds another dimension to the ownership experience, allowing the character of each vehicle to be shaped around the person behind the wheel.
