BYD India Partners with Three EV Charging Network Providers to Promote EV Charging Experience in India

BYD India, a subsidiary of the Warren Buffett-backed world’s leading New Energy Vehicle manufacturer BYD, has partnered with 3 Electric Vehicles charging network players in India to enhance customer convenience & experience for re-charging EVs. BYD India with its 15 years of commitment and successful EV journey in India, is all set to further strengthen its charging footprint in partnership with Chargezone, Volttic and Indipro. This tie-up is to address the re-charging needs of All-New e6, India’s First Premium eMPV, across multiple cities and major highways in the country. BYD All-New e6 is equipped with a 71.7 kWh Blade Battery with a WLTC (city) range of 520km. The All-New e6 gives customers a safe and hassle-free driving experience, supporting both AC and DC fast charging which can support a DC fast charging from 30% to 80% within 35 minutes. The Blade Battery, launched by BYD in 2020, is well known and appreciated worldwide for setting new benchmarks in terms of safety. The Blade Battery is the only battery that successfully passes the nail penetration test, the most rigorous way to test the thermal runaway of batteries.
