Suzuki Motorcycle India launches most awaited Katana

Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. (SMIPL), the two-wheeler subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan today launched the Katana in India. The development process of Katana closely resemble the arduous process of creating the Japanese sword from which the model’s name is derived. Under the product concept, ‘Forging a New Street Legend’, the Katana was developed to be a sporty-looking standard street motorcycle. Katana takes lean, mean retro flair and evolves it to offer thoroughly modern styling and performance. The motorcycle is built to deliver an exciting ride. It is designed to provide easy control along with power and comfortable riding position. Since, its inception in 1981, Katana has been winning riders’ hearts around the world. In fact, the Katana launched in India also pays its due tribute to the legendary model. It has been updated both in terms of looks and performance to lead in every scenario.
