CEAT Joins Forces with Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Department and MSRDC to Spearhead Road Safety Initiative on Samruddhi Mahamarg
The initiative will be undertaken for three months and will be expanded to include other highways across Maharashtra.

CEAT Limited, a leading tyre manufacturer, today announced its collaboration with the Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Department and the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) for a significant highway road safety initiative. This joint effort aims to raise awareness about the importance of maintaining tyre condition and proper inflation while traveling on the Hindu Hrudaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg. The initiative will be undertaken for three months and will be expanded to include other highways across Maharashtra. The launch of the road safety initiative on Samruddhi Mahamarg was graced by esteemed dignitaries, including Mr. Vivek Bhimanwar, Transport Commissioner, Maharashtra, Mr. Allwyn Vaz, Head of Corporate Affairs, RPG Group, Mr. Shrinivas Patki, Vice President, Plant Operations at CEAT’s Nasik Plant , Mr. Sunil Kumar Jha, Chief Customer Service Officer- Global, CEAT and other senior officials from MSRDC and CEAT. With their collective expertise and profound dedication, these distinguished individuals will lend their support and insight to this crucial initiative, amplifying its impact and fostering a culture of responsible driving on Samruddhi Mahamarg. Under this initiative, CEAT will encourage travellers to have their vehicle tyres checked at dedicated kiosks at the starting points of the Samruddhi Mahamarg before embarking on their journey. CEAT,
