TVS Motor Company, Petronas forge stronger partnership to propel Indian motorsport

TVS Motor Company (TVSM), a leader in the global two- and three-wheeler market, has further solidified its partnership with PETRONAS Lubricants International (PLI) to enhance the Indian motorsport scene. As part of the expanded collaboration, PLI will continue as the title sponsor of TVS Racing, India’s first factory racing team, for the next three years. This will support the team’s participation in major events like the Indian National Supercross Championship (INSC), Indian National Rally Championship (INRC), and Indian National Motorcycle Racing Championship (INMRC). This renewed alliance underscores both companies’ dedication to advancing motorsports in India, while strengthening PLI’s presence in the country’s high-performance lubricants sector. Having been the title sponsor of TVS Racing since the 2022-2023 season, PLI continues to play a key role in the team’s success, which spans over four decades in Indian motorsports. Under the partnership, PLI will also remain the official supplier of after-market oils for TVSM’s wide dealership network. The PETRONAS TVS TRU4 product range, offering premium semi and full synthetic lubricants, will enhance the performance and longevity of TVS motorcycles, further cementing PLI’s footprint in India’s two-wheeler market.
