Volkswagen India introduces a new connectivity solution, “My Volkswagen” app for customers
The app comes with features such as location tracking, geo-fencing, time- fencing and monitoring the vehicle health & statistics.

Volkswagen Passenger Cars India today launched the new “My Volkswagen” app, a one-stop solution that offers a seamless, convenient and immersive digital experience for prospective and existing customers. The mobile application offers a 360? experience with holistic offerings for the customer. Right from exploring the Volkswagen product portfolio, to scheduling test drives, 360? car visualizer, online booking to completing the customer journey by organizing service schedules, vehicle health reports, online purchase of loyalty products, all can be done at your fingertips. Ensuring enhanced customer convenience and connectivity, the “My Volkswagen” app enables users to monitor their fuel usage and expenses, calculate service costs , conduct an evaluation for their pre-owned car, calculate the EMIs that provides them an indicative financial transparency and planning.
