Volvo Car India celebrates 5th Anniversary of Parts Warehouse operations
Currently, the warehouse manages around 10K different SKU's with higher expansion capabilities.

NEW DELHI
The National Parts Warehouse of Volvo Car India in Bhiwandi, near Mumbai celebrates 5 years of excellence in India. The warehouse began operations on April 16, 2018 and is currently serving with significantly high service rate in 2023. The establishment of a local warehouse has greatly increased the availability of parts in India. As a result, Volvo Cars now stocks & handles more than 10,000 lines of parts which can be transported to the Indian dealers in quick time. This directly assists Volvo Car India in meeting the needs of our end customers for aftersales spare parts in a more efficient manner. “The 5th anniversary of our National Parts warehouse is a day of tremendous excitement and pride for all of us at Volvo Car India. The warehouse has assisted Volvo in strengthening its commitment to the Indian market by consistently enhancing part availability, warehouse operating standards, quality, and on-time delivery to retailers.” said Mr Jyoti Malhotra, Managing Director Volvo Car India. “In addition to significantly shortening the turnaround time of parts availability for our customers over the last five years.
