Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS is set to bring its Official e-bike range to India, with EMotorad appointed as the Exclusive India Partner. The partnership will introduce three of the world’s most innovative e-bikes to the Indian market, while EMotorad will exclusively manage the post-sales customer experience for all buyers. The collaboration combines the design and technology of the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Official e-bike range with EMotorad’s expertise in e-bike manufacturing, distribution and customer experience. As part of the partnership, EMotorad will build the e-bikes in India and manage the customer experience journey for Mercedes-Benz ecosystem customers, including service, repairs and more. The e-bike range will be available exclusively through select Mercedes-Benz retail stores in India. This will provide customers with a dedicated network through which they can experience and purchase the e-bikes, while also strengthening their integration within the Mercedes-Benz ecosystem.
