Renault India unveils ARAI-Certified Mileage of New Duster Turbo TCe 100

Renault India, the wholly owned subsidiary of the French automaker Renault Group, has announced the ARAI-certified fuel efficiency figure for the new Duster Turbo TCe 100. The SUV returns an impressive 19.41 km/l, underscoring Renault’s efforts to strike an effective balance between performance and efficiency for everyday driving.

Commenting on the development, Dr. V. Vikraman, Chief of Renault Engineering, Renault Group India, said, “The ARAI-certified fuel efficiency reflects Renault’s focus on practical engineering and customer value. The Turbo TCe 100 engine uses turbocharging and efficient combustion to deliver responsive performance with strong fuel economy. With the 6-speed manual transmission, the powertrain provides a balanced and efficient driving experience.”

The new Renault Duster TCe 100 is underpinned by the all-new RGMP platform, with its engine and powertrain extensively engineered and tuned to align seamlessly with the architecture. Exclusive to the Duster, the powertrain has been specifically calibrated to complement the platform’s dynamic characteristics.

Further enhancing its credentials, the Duster Turbo TCe 100 is equipped with a six-speed transmission that contributes to both efficiency and responsiveness. The turbocharged petrol engine develops 100 PS and 160 Nm of torque, delivering a blend of performance and refinement suited to a variety of driving environments.

Engineered to offer responsive acceleration, smooth drivability and improved fuel economy, the turbocharged powertrain has been developed to perform efficiently across diverse driving conditions, reinforcing the Duster’s appeal as a practical yet engaging everyday SUV.
