Royal Enfield, the global leader in the mid-sized motorcycle segment, has officially commenced registrations for the highly anticipated limited-edition Shotgun 650, created in collaboration with celebrated custom motorcycle builder Rough Crafts.

Drawing inspiration from the bespoke Caliber Royale custom motorcycle, the exclusive Shotgun 650 first made its public debut at EICMA 2025 before being showcased at Motoverse 2025, where it quickly captured the imagination of enthusiasts worldwide. Since then, anticipation surrounding the motorcycle has continued to build across global markets.

Restricted to just 100 individually numbered motorcycles worldwide, the Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts Drop has been earmarked as a true collector’s edition. The exclusive allocation will be evenly distributed across India, Europe, North America and the Asia-Pacific region, with only 25 motorcycles available in each market.

In India, the limited-edition motorcycle has been priced at INR 5,75,000 (ex-showroom).

Royal Enfield will release the motorcycles through a phased regional drop between July 27 and July 30, 2026.

The regional schedule is as follows:

  • July 27, 2026 | EMEA Sales Day | 7PM CET | 25 Units
  • July 28, 2026 | Americas Sales Day | 10AM EST | 25 Units
  • July 29, 2026 | APAC Sales Day | 7PM AEDT | 25 Units
  • July 30, 2026 | India Sales Day | 7PM IST | 25 Units

Only the first 25 successful customers in each respective region will earn the opportunity to own this exceptionally rare edition of the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650.

To participate in the regional sale, prospective buyers must first register through the Drop Zone on the RE App or via the official Royal Enfield website between July 15, 2026, and July 30, 2026.

Developed around a culture deeply rooted in motorcycle customisation, the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 has established itself as one of the marque’s most versatile platforms for personalisation, thanks to its modular design philosophy. The collaboration with Rough Crafts further reinforces Royal Enfield’s longstanding association with bespoke motorcycle culture, blending exclusivity with meticulous craftsmanship.

Speaking on the limited edition drop, Adrian John Sellers, Head- Custom & Motorsports, Royal Enfield, said, “An elegant new expression of the Shotgun 650’s custom-first philosophy, this latest edition carries a distinctive design language inspired by the ‘Caliber Royale’ custom build—aligning perfectly with Rough Crafts’ signature black and gold aesthetic. With this limited-run motorcycle, we are proud to bring the artistry, craftsmanship, and understated yet aggressive silhouette of the original Rough Crafts custom build to our global community of riders, proving once again the limitless creative potential of the Shotgun 650 platform. This edition stands out as a collectible icon that inspires desirability while reaffirming Royal Enfield’s deep-rooted connection to the culture of personalisation.”

The limited-edition motorcycle receives a distinctive finish combining Gloss Jet Black and Matt Stealth Black, accentuated by a striking Gold Leaf stripe with a subtle grey accent flowing seamlessly across the bodywork. Its exclusivity is further underscored by individually numbered fuel tanks and a cast brass collaboration badge identical to the one featured on the original Caliber Royale custom.

Premium detailing continues throughout the motorcycle, with black bar-end mirrors, quilted leather seats, contrast-cut alloy wheels and gold fork inner tubes lending it an unmistakably premium road presence. Beyond the motorcycle itself, each owner will also receive a numbered, limited-edition gold-on-black artwork featuring a Caliber Royale concept sketch, personally designed and signed by Winston Yeh of Rough Crafts.

The Caliber Royale itself was custom-built by Rough Crafts using the Shotgun 650 as its foundation, featuring stretched proportions, a signature fairing, handcrafted gloss and matte finishes, intricate gold leaf detailing and carefully executed modifications to the frame. Inspired by that acclaimed custom creation, the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650 x Rough Crafts Drop elevates the Shotgun’s muscular stance through an array of exquisitely crafted design elements, offering collectors and enthusiasts an exceptionally exclusive interpretation of the platform.
