Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. (SMIPL), the Indian arm of Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan, has launched the 2025 edition of its iconic flagship superbike, the Suzuki Hayabusa. The latest model brings fresh design updates and important regulatory enhancements, keeping it at the forefront of the high-performance motorcycle segment in India.
The 2025 Suzuki Hayabusa now features three all-new and visually striking dual-tone color options: Metallic Mat Steel Green with Glass Sparkle Black, Glass Sparkle Black with Metallic Mat Titanium Silver, and Metallic Mystic Silver with Pearl Vigor Blue. These dynamic colorways accentuate the Hayabusa’s aggressive and aerodynamic styling, giving the motorcycle a bold and refreshed presence on the road.
In addition to the visual upgrade, the new Hayabusa is now compliant with the latest OBD-2B (On-Board Diagnostics) standards, ensuring adherence to updated emission regulations while maintaining the superbike’s renowned performance. Despite the regulatory updates, the Hayabusa continues to deliver its legendary power and refinement.

Deepak Mutreja, Vice President – Sales & Marketing, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd., commented on the launch, stating, “The Suzuki Hayabusa holds a special place in the hearts of motorcycle enthusiasts across the globe. With the introduction of three new colour combinations and the transition to the OBD-2B compliance, we look forward to captivating customers with a product that stays true to its legacy while meeting today’s riding needs.”
Under the hood, the 2025 Hayabusa retains its powerful 1,340cc in-line four-cylinder, fuel-injected, liquid-cooled DOHC engine. Known for its strong mid-range and effortless acceleration, the engine’s internal components—like the lightweight crankshaft, connecting rods, and pistons—help reduce vibration and improve durability. The exhaust system has been acoustically tuned to deliver a deep, commanding note at ignition without disturbing the rider.
The motorcycle continues to prioritize high-speed stability and smooth power delivery, thanks to Suzuki Ram Air Direct (SRAD) ducts that increase airflow with speed, and the Twin Swirl Combustion Chamber (TSCC) that ensures efficient combustion. It also comes equipped with premium components like KYB inverted front forks, BATTLAX HYPERSPORTS 22 tyres, and high-performance Brembo Stylema four-piston front brake calipers, all engineered to offer superior handling and comfort.

The Hayabusa is packed with advanced electronics, including a Power Mode Selector, Launch Control System, Bi-directional Quick Shift System, Cruise Control, and Motion Track Traction Control, all of which contribute to a safe and customizable riding experience. Additional convenience features include Suzuki’s Easy Start System, Low RPM Assist, full LED lighting, and multiple stability and braking support technologies.
The 2025 Suzuki Hayabusa is available across all Suzuki Bike Zone dealerships in India at an ex-showroom price of INR 16,90,000 (Delhi). With its fresh appeal, high-end features, and legacy of unmatched performance, the new Hayabusa is set to continue its reign as one of the most desirable superbikes on Indian roads.
