Tata Technologies and Tenneco LLC (“Tenneco”), one of the world’s leading designers, manufacturers and distributors of advanced mobility products for original equipment (OE) and aftermarket customers, have marked a significant milestone in their global partnership, reinforcing their shared commitment to scaling future-ready capabilities from India.
The agreement was signed on 30th June and formally commemorated at Bombay House in Mumbai, the headquarters of the Tata Group. During the ceremony, Jon Bagrosky, Chief Administrative Officer, Tenneco, and Warren Harris, CEO & Managing Director, Tata Technologies, signed the agreement, reaffirming both companies’ commitment to advancing technical excellence, digital innovation and long-term growth.
The expanded collaboration also reflects a long-term strategic commitment, with Tenneco expected to make an investment of over $100 million in this engagement over the next five years. The move further strengthens the partnership as both organisations continue to build advanced engineering and technology capabilities to support the evolving needs of the global mobility industry.
