Leveraging these capabilities, Varroc will undertake the integration, validation and manufacturing of advanced display systems tailored to a broad range of vehicle applications.
The partnership combines TOLYY’s extensive expertise in display engineering with Varroc’s established global OEM relationships and manufacturing footprint, creating a strategic platform for joint market participation across India, Europe and North America.
Structured around a clearly defined cooperation model, the alliance will enable:
- Complete display module supply from TOLYY for specific programmes
- Localised final assembly and integration by Varroc in India
- Exclusive industrialisation of display modules in India for selected customer programmes
The companies expect this collaborative approach to accelerate time-to-market timelines, enhance supply chain resilience and support growing demand for localised, high-technology automotive electronics solutions.
Commenting on the development, Mr. Dhruv Jain, Whole Time Director and CEO, Varroc Business II, said, “At Varroc, our endeavour is to deliver brilliance at scale by seamlessly integrating global innovation with localized execution.
