After commencing bookings in December 2021, Triumph has officially launched the Tiger Sport 660 in the Indian market with a price tag of INR 8.95 lakhs (ex-showroom). Based on the Trident 660, the Tiger Sport 660 commands a premium of INR 1.50 lakhs over its naked sibling. The Tiger Sport 660 is newest and the most accessible motorcycle in Triumph Motorcycles’ internationally acclaimed Tiger range. In terms of styling, the Tiger Sport 660 has a radical new design over its naked counterpart, and is better suited to for long distances. The height-adjustable windscreen, sleek front fairing and a more comfortable riding triangle make the Tiger Sport 660 a good adventure sports tourer. The motorcycle also sports a new 17-litre fuel tank which aids its touring capabilities. Along with it, Triumph has also fitted the motorcycle with discreetly integrated pannier mounts. Over the Trident, the Tiger Sport 660 has a longer subframe to support luggage and offer more seating room for the rider and pilion. Triumph is offering three colour options with the baby Tiger: Lucerne Blue & Sapphire Black, Graphite & Saphire Black and Korosi Red & Graphite.
