Unveiled as a preview of a production model scheduled for 2027, the MG GO! represents far more than another battery electric vehicle. Conceived entirely at the MG Design Centre in London under the direction of Carl Gotham, the concept demonstrates how thoughtful design can create an emotional connection without resorting to nostalgia. Instead of recreating the past, the designers have carefully distilled the qualities that made MG’s most admired sporting models so enduring and reinterpreted them for a contemporary audience. At the heart of the MG GO!’s identity is a retro-futuristic design language that celebrates simplicity and proportion.
